Habit League

Terms of Use

The deal

Last updated 8 September 2026

Habit League is provided by Mayeul Huber, an individual based in France. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

Your account

You need an account to use Habit League, and you must be at least 13 years old. Keep your credentials to yourself: anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Give a display name that your league can recognise and that is not offensive or impersonating someone else. You can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete account, and it is immediate and irreversible.

Leagues, and how you behave in them

A league is a small private group joined by invitation code. Within it, your rituals and the days you log are visible to the other members, which is the whole point of the app. Do not log a day you did not do: the scoring only means something because everyone plays honestly, and your league can see what you claim. Do not use a league to harass anyone, and do not post content in a display name or a ritual that is unlawful, hateful or sexually explicit. A league administrator can remove members and delete the league, and we may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Subscriptions

Habit League offers an optional paid subscription. All purchases are handled by Apple through your App Store account, and we never see your payment details.

What you need to know before you subscribe

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, under the App Store's own terms. If you bought by mistake, request a refund through Apple's report a problem page. Prices may change in the future, and where the law requires it we will tell you before a change affects you.

Access codes

We sometimes give out codes that unlock the paid features without payment. A code may be limited in the number of people who can use it, may expire, and may grant access for a period or for good. A code is personal, it is not currency, it cannot be sold, and we may revoke one that is being abused.

This is not health advice

Habit League is a game about consistency. It is not a medical, psychological or fitness professional, it gives no health advice, and nothing in it should be treated as such. Only you decide what rituals you commit to, and you are responsible for doing them safely. If a habit concerns your health, talk to a professional.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep the app running and your data safe, but we cannot promise that it will never be unavailable, never lose a day of data, or always be free of bugs. The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud. Your legal rights as a consumer under French and EU law are unaffected by anything on this page.

Our content, and yours

The app, its name, its design and its code belong to us. What you write in the app, your rituals and your display name, stays yours: you simply allow us to store it and show it to your league so the app can work.

Ending things

You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may discontinue the service, in which case we will give notice where we reasonably can.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by French law. Questions go to mayeul@habitleague.io.
